Much ado has been made about the style in Succession, but most of the conversation on IG accounts like @successionfits or @successionfashion has revolved around the Roy clan, particularly Kendall Roy’s penchant for brands like Zegna, Loro Piana, and Tom Ford, which has created a buzz around the idea of “quiet luxury.” While early forums like Superfuture and Styleforum have touted the aesthetic of #stealthwealth for a while—basically luxurious clothes as a form of IYKYK status-signaling—it’s hard to imagine a majority of people rushing to buy overpriced ballcaps and Tom Ford suede trucker jackets, especially at the prices they command.
